2020 trouxe novos desafios para o desenvolvimento pedagógico do estudante do Colégio Medianeira. Desde março, quando foram suspensas as atividades presenciais em virtude da pandemia do novo coronavírus, o Colégio, juntamente com a equipe de educadores, busca dar sequência ao processo de aprendizagem, sem desconsiderar o contexto externo e os valores norteadores da Rede Jesuíta de Educação.
Diante de mudanças tão profundas na vida social, repensar estratégias e reforçar valores tornaram-se, então, medidas ainda mais indispensáveis para tempos de grandes transformações nos processos escolares. “Temos sempre que pensar as ferramentas de aprendizagem a partir da conjuntura em que estamos inseridos, entendendo as novas necessidades e os novos desafios”, alega Fernando Guidini, diretor acadêmico do Medianeira.
É inegável que o cotidiano dos estudantes e dos educadores foi fortemente impactado pelo novo panorama, que mexeu em rotinas clássicas e modificou a relação de trocas de saberes. A migração parcial do ensino presencial para o digital se fez necessária. Entretanto, para Guidini, o estabelecimento circunstancial de novas dinâmicas de aprendizagem não mudou uma lógica: a centralidade do estudante no processo educacional. “O que está acontecendo é uma aceleração do processo de convergência de aprendizagens, em que o virtual e o presencial não são mais dissociados e se complementam, ampliando os recursos”, define. “ A formação ampla segue como um dos nossos pilares. O que estamos implantando agora são adaptações imediatas a um cenário externo, ações que provavelmente aconteceriam em um contexto sem pandemia, mas de modo menos abrupto”, acrescenta.

O Colégio ampliou as estratégias para continuar com o seu projeto de desenvolvimento das diversas dimensões da existência do estudante. As atividades regulares a distância contam com o suporte dos educadores e da equipe de técnicos, que passaram por treinamentos específicos e hoje disponibilizam aos estudantes a estrutura necessária para o aprendizado e para solucionar possíveis dificuldades.
Por outro lado, a instituição estuda detalhadamente os protocolos de retorno às aulas e avalia as medidas de biossegurança a serem implantadas para um retorno seguro dos estudantes, processo ainda sem data definida. Na última quarta-feira (26), o colegiado se reuniu online para apresentar um mapeamento de ações para um possível retorno às atividades na instituição, sob supervisão de uma equipe médica, que também respondeu às principais dúvidas.
A proposta pedagógica de formação integrada do estudante não se alterou com o cenário de crise sanitária. “Continuamos querendo despertar o autoconhecimento e instigar a autonomia. É preciso incentivar nossas crianças, adolescentes e jovens para a formalização de um projeto de vida que contribua para um mundo melhor. Assim formamos pessoas conscientes, competentes, compassivas, comprometidas e criativas para que sejam reconhecidas pela excelência humana e acadêmica”, completa Guidini.
